Frequently asked questions
Practical answers before the next conversation.
These answers explain the website, organizers, and early steps. They do not replace an individualized conversation about the actual books.
Clear answers, useful next steps
Choose the question most relevant to the file today.
For a question specific to your records, workflow, or current QuickBooks condition, use the inquiry form or call. That keeps a possible next step grounded in the actual situation.
See what to expect first01Is this a walk-in office?+
No. Support is online-first. When person-to-person help is useful, Eric works with businesses across The Woodlands and nearby Texas communities.
02What happens after I reach out?+
The first step is a practical conversation about the business, the QuickBooks file, and the support needed. That exchange helps establish the clearest next step before any work begins.
03Do you only work with QuickBooks Online?+
Support can cover QuickBooks Online and Desktop editions. The right approach depends on the file, workflow, and questions the business needs to answer.
04I’m not sure if my books need cleanup or ongoing help.+
That is common. The first conversation is designed to clarify the condition of the file and the scope of support that makes sense.
05Does using an organizer establish an engagement?+
No. The organizers help collect useful context for a conversation. They do not establish an engagement, determine scope, or replace a discussion about the actual file and workflow.
06Do you provide tax advice through the website?+
No. Website content and downloadable organizers are informational. They do not provide individualized tax advice or determine tax treatment.
07How should I share requested records?+
Do not send passwords or sensitive access codes by email. Once a document-sharing path is agreed, use the external Client Portal for requested records.
08Can I request an in-person appointment?+
Yes. The home office is by appointment at 151 Del Monte Pines Drive, Montgomery, TX 77316. Please request an appointment before visiting.
